Responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of customer contacts through multiple channels.
• Own and resolve cases with thorough documentation in CX systems.
• Communicate resolutions clearly to customers and partners, verbally and in writing.
• Provide accurate information using multiple tools and systems.
• Handle escalated contacts with professionalism and positivity.
• Balance policy and customer experience to resolve issues.
• Identify root causes and collaborate with internal teams.
• Foster relationships with Retail, Delivery, Service and Scheduling.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics defined by management.
