• 1–2 years in customer support or related service roles.
• Experience with written customer conversations and follow-up.
• Ability to explain services clearly and remain patient with customers.
• Familiarity with tracking conversations and tickets across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review emails, chats, and tickets to identify unanswered questions.
• Read CRM histories in Salesforce to understand service history.
• Confirm questions and outcomes, record clear summaries.
• Explain product information using approved materials.
• Guide customers to self-service resources.
• Identify dissatisfaction and plan next steps.
• Coordinate unresolved questions with service specialists.
• Follow up as response windows approach.
• Update notes, status, and handoffs to teammates.
• Close resolved tickets with accurate notes and follow-up.
