FFF Enterprises is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to provide exceptional service across phone, email, and chat channels. You will process orders with accuracy, follow up on customer inquiries, and promote selling initiatives while upholding company policies and values.

This role emphasizes timely responses, collaboration with other departments, and adherence to SOPs to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. A strong team approach and professional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment, preferably a call center.
• Experience in order entry, research, service/product suggestions, and problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Follows established procedures and processes with little deviation.
• Ability to work remotely under minimum supervision and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service during every customer interaction; while incorporating all requirements, including the 8 commandments of “WOW” Customer Service.
• Proficient in department SOPs as it relates to job duties and responsible for accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Ability to answer customer inquiries, place orders, check product availability, pricing, and resolve issues across calls, emails, and chat within defined timelines.
• Work with other departments to manage and ship product efficiently while maintaining high order accuracy.
• Maintain monthly department minimum order accuracy percentage of 99.80% and adhere to all safety and compliance policies.
