Chewy is seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our award-winning team from home, residing in Kentucky. Starting wage is $16 per hour with opportunities to grow while working remotely!

In this role you will help customers over the phone, problem-solve, and maintain confidentiality. You should be comfortable using Zoom and Slack and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A background check is required.

Competenze

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening abilities.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
