Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education is preferred.
• Financial services or insurance experience preferred.
• Experience navigating complex customer interactions from support through to resolution.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• Candidates residing within Pacific, Mountain or Central times zones are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with callers and accurately assess situations to present solutions.
• Navigate multiple systems while engaging callers with clear, concise, and positive language.
• Focus on quality and first-call resolution while minimizing handling time and after-call work.
