Regal Rexnord is seeking a Customer Care Advocate/Account Manager to support WM Berg customers. You will be the primary contact for inquiries, handle orders, and process information with accuracy.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, cross-functional teamwork, and delivering exceptional service to maintain strong customer relationships. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote work-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred in business/technical studies.
• Experience with SAP or Salesforce is preferred; proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Primary customer contact via verbal or written methods.
• Handle emails and verbal order entry with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Process inquiries on product design, applications, pricing, availability, terms and conditions of sale.
• Develop knowledge of customers, their products, and buying habits.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to obtain customer information.
