Training, mentorship, and licensing support are offered as part of the program, with compensation based on commissions and performance, paid weekly, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States and be 18+.
• Reliable computer or laptop and high‑speed internet.
• Willingness to obtain Life & Health license and complete licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Connect with leads and clients provided by the company.
• Conduct scheduled virtual appointments via Zoom.
• Explain insurance and benefit options clearly.
• Assist with enrollment and complete electronic applications.
• Follow up with clients for ongoing support.
• Maintain professional, long‑term client relationships.
• Attend virtual team meetings and ongoing training.
• Develop product knowledge and client service skills.
• Participate in mentorship and licensing guidance programs.
