AO | Globe Life is seeking a Remote Customer Care Advisor to serve families from home. You will connect with clients via Zoom and phone, explain benefits, assist with enrollments, and provide ongoing support.

This is a 100% remote, full-time role offering flexible scheduling, weekly pay, performance bonuses, and comprehensive training/mentorship to help you grow. Must reside in the United States and obtain the Life & Health Insurance License.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be physically located within the United States.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Own a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone.
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet.
• Have a quiet, professional workspace.
• Be comfortable using Zoom and online technology.
• Be willing and able to obtain the Life & Health Insurance License.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding client experience by helping families understand available benefit options.
• Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments.
• Build professional, long-term client relationships.
• Listen to clients' needs and answer benefit-related questions.
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health coverage options.
• Assist clients with applications and enrollment.
• Provide ongoing customer service and policy support.
• Assist with policy reviews and beneficiary updates.
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication.
• Participate in ongoing virtual training, coaching, and professional development.
