Milliman IntelliScript is seeking a seasoned Chief Technology Officer to lead technology strategy, software development, and IT governance. You will oversee AI initiatives, cloud modernization, security, and vendor management to enable scalable, reliable services for insurance clients.

The role requires 15+ years in technology, 10+ in leadership including CTO experience, and a strong track record in digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 15+ years of technology experience.
• 10+ years in leadership roles, including 3+ years in a CTO role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing large-scale technology projects and budgets.
• Experience leading cloud transformations with AWS and/or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection, implementation, and maintenance of technology systems.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation and innovation.
• Develop and implement IT vision and strategy; lead IT department.
