Job summary

Flourish Research is seeking a remote CTMS Specialist to support templates, audits, and site processes. The role focuses on creating and updating CTMS templates for visits, budgets, start-ups, and billable items while enabling continuous improvement across CTMS workflows.

You will train site clinical and financial staff, verify system results, and collaborate with the CTMS Lead to ensure accurate data and compliant processes in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in clinical research and CTMS environments.
• Knowledge of clinical research systems, regulations, and site processes.
• Experience with RealTime or similar CTMS software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create templates in CTMS for visit tracking, budgets, start-ups, and billable items.
• Update CTMS templates when protocol or budget amendments occur.
• Assist in site template and AR cleanup as needed.
• Identify improvements to CTMS processes and participate in optimization initiatives.
• Verify CTMS results via system audits and maintain data accuracy.
• Provide training to site clinical and financial staff as required.
• Represent Flourish Research professionally with staff, clients, and vendors.

About the Job:

We are actively hiring a remote CTMS Specialist.

• Shift: Monday-Friday
• Location: Remote
• FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Create templates within the CTMS software to include visit tracking, budgets, start-ups and billable items.
• Update templates with the CTMS software when protocol/budget amendments occur.
• Assist in site template/AR clean up as necessary.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement of the CTMS software by sharing feedback on processes and participating in process improvement initiatives as requested.
• Verify CTMS software results by conducting system audits of technologies/updates implemented.
• Provide training as needed to site clinical and financial staff.
• Represent Flourish Research in a professional and courteous manner (verbal, written and in appearance) when interacting with all staff, clients, and vendors.
• Additional duties as assigned by CTMS Lead.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND/OR ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:

• Work is performed in a remote setting.
• Travel may be required up to 10%.
• Daily computer use.
• Occasional evening or weekend work schedules if workload warrants.

Requirements

• Bachelors' degree or equivalent work experience using RealTime or similar software.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in clinical research. Must be knowledgeable in clinical research systems and regulations with a strong understanding of research activities and processes at research sites; exceptions may apply to extraordinary candidates with clinical operations background and strong quality and compliance mindset.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Exceptional knowledge of clinical research methods.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and align with operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills to include Office365 products
