Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Corporate is seeking a remote CT Technologist to perform cross-sectional imaging for diverse patient ages. You will operate CT systems, assist with patient positioning, and ensure adherence to established imaging protocols and safety standards.

The role requires 2 years of CT experience, ARRT CT certification, and BLS. You will post-process images remotely and collaborate with the on-site support team to maintain high-quality imaging and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience.
• ARRT CT certification and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Remote CT technologist performs CT procedures on patients of all ages and assists with positioning and protocol selection.
• Maintain competencies for non-scanner components and adhere to imaging protocols.
• Follow Radiation Safety Policies and dose reduction principles; perform QC per ACR guidelines.
• Post-process imaging using applications such as Syngo-Via and ensure image quality.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision and review orders for appropriateness.
• Document scan details, deviations, and technical issues; communicate with on-site team.
• Provide remote training to on-site staff to achieve full technical competency.
