Job summary

SunBuggy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support guests by phone, online, and in person. You will book reservations, process payments, and assist with check-in while maintaining a courteous, knowledgeable presence in a busy lobby.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic math, and reliable computer use. The position offers hybrid work with two at-home evenings weekly and opportunities for advancement within SunBuggy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and basic math competency for handling monetary transactions.
• Proficient computer skills for email, browsing, and data entry.
• Clear communication over phone, online, and in person.
• Must have a valid NV driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via phone, internet, and in person; book reservations and process payments.
• Work from home for two evening shifts per week (4 pm–9 pm) with reliable internet.
• Assist guests with check-in; ensure rental contracts are completed; facilitate video orientations.
• Participate in in-office admin projects, marketing, media production, safety meetings and training.
• Keep guest and office areas clean.
• May act as dispatcher or shift manager as needed.
