Job summary

Secfix, a Europe-focused security compliance automation company, seeks a Customer Success professional for the DACH region. You will manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal, ensuring exceptional service and driving business outcomes across ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOC 2 journeys.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and German (C2).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ideally 1+ year in customer success or related roles at a high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to a technical audience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Engineering and Product.
• Energetic and engaged with remote culture.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage customers from day 1 to renewal.
• Improve and scale CSM processes and tooling infrastructure.
• Cross-functionally align with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Product.
• Drive customers to business outcomes on their timelines.
• Create and update educational content for knowledge base.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
