Job summary

HumanitApp is seeking a contractor to apply hands-on CRM configuration experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) plus two connected tools for SaaS revenue/CS operations scenarios. You will evaluate policy conflicts, design workflows, and explain your choices to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred candidates have 4+ years in sales, revenue, or customer success operations, and can work remotely from the US or Canada, with a focus on practical, adoptable solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on configuration experience in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) plus at least two connected tools.
• Experience with quoting, billing, ticketing, or project tracking.
• 4+ years in SaaS revenue or CS operations.

Responsibilities

• Work through realistic SaaS revenue and CS operations scenarios and explain the reasoning behind your decisions.
• Configure CRM workflows, assess integration tradeoffs, and document policy outcomes.
• Identify root causes of issues and explain how workflows are adopted or bypassed by teams.
• Flag ambiguous scenarios and avoid premature resolution.
