Job summary

JobGet Inc. is hiring a Customer Success Advisor for its Agency Team. You will support Agency Clients alongside Agency Account Executives, acting as the glue between clients and internal teams.

The role demands sophisticated data interpretation and clear communication to drive campaign performance and growth. You will build strong agency relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and manage onboarding for new campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting recruitment marketing agencies in sales or customer success.
• Background in talent acquisition or understanding of TA teams.
• Understanding pay-for-performance models (PPC, CPA, CPM).
• Strong analytical skills and experience using Excel and BI tools.
• High-energy, startup mindset; ability to wear multiple hats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Agencies and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate data on all existing accounts.
• Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources; present insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on account performance and KPIs.
• Daily reviews of accounts; coordinate with Trading to optimize campaigns.
• Prepare content for scheduled client meetings.
• Support AE with data requests to facilitate deals.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Create onboarding experience for Agencies and campaigns.
• Cultivate relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Identify upsell opportunities.
• Communicate with internal teams (sales, engineering, marketing).
• Utilize HubSpot, Excel, Looker, Claude and Google Workspace.
• Stay organized and prioritize work; seek help when needed.
• Articulate JobGet value proposition to clients.
• Submit weekly forecasts and pipeline updates with AEs.
• Other duties as needed.
