Collaborating with marketing, product, and ecosystem teams, you’ll create recurring series, engage creators, and tailor content for international audiences while leveraging AI tools to optimize reach and impact.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated success growing a YouTube channel or comparable long-form video platform.
• Strong hands-on video production capabilities, from concept to publication.
• Deep familiarity with cryptocurrency culture and blockchain communities.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills to explain complex topics.
• Experience engaging non-English-speaking audiences is beneficial.
• Proficiency with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media growth strategy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
• Create and scale recurring content series and creative franchises to build loyal communities and engagement.
• Own the full content production lifecycle from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, publishing, distribution, and analysis.
• Produce high-quality, platform-native video content independently, responding quickly to trends and industry news.
• Build and manage relationships with creators, founders, developers, and other ecosystem contributors.
• Design platform-specific content strategies for events and milestones, including conferences and product launches.
• Identify opportunities to reach international audiences through regional campaigns and multilingual formats.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to integrate new-media content into broader marketing campaigns and launches.
• Coordinate editors, contractors, and resources to maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
• Analyze audience data and experiment with formats and distribution strategies to grow subscribers.
