Job summary

Binance.US is seeking a Clearing Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day clearing and custody operations of the exchange, including digital asset transactions, fund movements, and reconciliations. You will work with Treasury, Finance, Compliance, and Technology to ensure secure processing and strong controls in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in financial services, clearing, settlement, custody, or digital asset operations.
• Experience in a cryptocurrency exchange environment is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of blockchain technology, digital asset transactions, and on-chain fund movements.
• Familiarity with digital asset custody, wallet operations, and related operational processes.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, with effective communication and flexibility to support time-sensitive operations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily clearing and custody activities, including digital asset transactions, wallet operations, liquidity management, and fund movements.
• Assist with staking-related activities and other digital asset operational processes.
• Support crypto and fiat reconciliation activities, investigate discrepancies, and help resolve operating exceptions.
• Monitor daily operations, identify issues, and ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and controls.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Compliance, and Technology to support operational activities and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records, support reporting and audit requirements, and contribute to process improvements.
