Job summary

ChainGPT is seeking an Accounting Specialist to own end-to-end accounting and core finance operations for a multi-entity group across Americas. You will manage crypto and fiat accounting, intercompany transactions, and governance in a lean, owner-led environment.

The role requires 6+ years of accounting experience with a strong technical foundation (IFRS/GAAP) and hands-on use of Xero and Cryptio, across multiple jurisdictions. Remote-friendly, competitive compensation, and NDA if needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in accounting/controllership/finance ops with end-to-end close ownership.
• Crypto-native accounting experience including wallets and exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end close for multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Maintain audit-ready books with documented supporting schedules.
• Lead crypto accounting, reconciliations, and cost basis/lots as needed.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax providers, and legal counsel.
• Deliver management-ready reporting and variance analyses.
