Job summary
Destination Careers is seeking a Cruise & Resort Reservation Specialist to coordinate vacation bookings in a fully remote environment. You will assist clients with cruise vacations, all-inclusive resorts, and related travel arrangements while providing excellent customer support throughout the booking process.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently from home. This remote role offers onboarding and ongoing training, access to booking tools, and growth

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with cruise, resort, and vacation reservations.
- Research travel options, pricing, promotions, and availability.
- Coordinate booking details and ensure accuracy of travel arrangements.
- Communicate confirmations, updates, and travel information to clients.
- Maintain organized records of bookings and client interactions.
- Provide professional support throughout the reservation process.
- Stay informed on supplier promotions, destination information, and travel updates.
