Destination Careers is seeking a Cruise & Hotel Booking Specialist to assist clients in planning and securing their dream vacations. This fully remote role offers opportunities to book cruises, hotels, and vacation packages with support from premier suppliers.

You will provide personalized recommendations, manage inquiries, and maintain accurate booking records while staying current on industry trends. Prior travel industry exposure is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for travel and helping others create unforgettable experiences.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using online booking platforms and learning new software.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research, plan, and book cruises, hotels, and vacation packages for clients.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budget.
• Collaborate with travel suppliers to secure exclusive deals and promotions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and supplier offers.
• Handle client inquiries, modifications, and cancellations professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions.
