Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a proactive Agent, Fun Expert to engage guests, answer vacation planning questions, and convert sales calls into cruise bookings. You will upsell staterooms, describe cruise protections, and assist with pre-cruise sales while addressing website and self-service issues.

Responsibilities include handling incoming calls for technical issues, guiding customers through portals, and assisting with excursions and gift orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma REQUIRED.
• 6 months - 1 year previous sales and customer service REQUIRED.
• This is a fulltime role with variable shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from guests and travel advisers with technical issues on Carnival websites and portals.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT support as needed.
• Complete pre-sale transactions and guide guests on self-service applications.
• Assist with shore excursions questions and option comparisons.
• Process fun shop and gift orders and train travel advisers on Carnival systems.
