Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a highly communicative Agent, Fun Expert to assist guests through the cruise booking journey and pre-cruise sales. You will answer questions, notate guest needs, and submit leads to the outbound team while supporting technical calls about our website and self-service portals.

In this full-time role, you will manage multiple systems, upsell staterooms, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma REQUIRED.
• 6 months to 1 year of sales and customer service experience REQUIRED.
• Must be able to work 1:30-10 during weekdays and 1 weekend day 9-6 EST.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from guests and travel advisers with technical issues on Carnival's platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT when needed.
• Assist with pre-sale transactions and guide guests through self-service tools.
• Provide shore excursion guidance and compare options based on guest preferences.
• Document notes as leads to the outbound sales team.
