Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line seeks an Agent, Fun Expert to guide guests through the booking journey and answer vacation planning questions. The role notes guest needs and submits leads to outbound teams, with a focus on converting calls into bookings and upselling aboard experiences.

This full-time position requires 6 months–1 year in sales or customer service, seven weeks of training, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Familiarity with Carnival tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6 months to 1 year of sales and customer service experience required.
• Full-time role; must work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Training: 7 weeks with specific schedules.
• Must have own equipment; stipend after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from guests and travel advisers on technical issues.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT as needed.
• Process pre-sale transactions and guide guests in self-service apps.
• Assist with shore excursions questions and comparisons.
• Convert sales calls into cruise bookings and document preferences.
• Support during peak times and other duties as assigned.
