Saks Global is seeking a Cross Category eCommerce Specialist to drive luxury online experiences for Bergdorf Goodman shoppers. You will curate cross-category PLPs, blend merchant strategy with analytics, and optimize navigation and digital conversion for a discerning global clientele.

This remote role requires 1–2 years in eCommerce or luxury fashion, a bachelor’s in a related field, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

Site Merchandising & Curation.
Curate On-Site Experiences: Drive engagement and sales by curating cross-category product listing pages that blend merchant strategies, customer analytics, and Bergdorf Goodman’s distinct aesthetic.
Manage Product Life Cycles: Track items from creation to launch and marketing inclusion.
Monitor Inventory Levels: Adjust merchandising placements based on availability and sales velocity.
Execute Digital Journeys: Build, test, and optimize customer experiences for campaigns and promotions.
Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Category Growth, Buying, Marketing, and Creative teams.
Performance Metrics & Reporting Analytics: Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly site health reports.
Event Recaps: Analyze KPIs and deliver actionable optimizations.
Quarterly Site Turnovers: Inform navigation and content strategies.
Site Optimization & Process Improvement: Audit and resolve navigational issues.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor luxury retail UX trends.
Governance: Recommend process enhancements to scale best practices.
