Job summary

QBE is seeking a Crop Claims Intern for a part-time, fully remote summer program. The role includes shadowing adjusters, learning loss adjustment procedures, and understanding crop life cycles while collaborating with the broader QBE team.

The program runs from June 1, 2027 to August 6, 2027, with a remote-friendly schedule and a pay rate of $19.50–$21.50 per hour. Ideal candidates are enrolled in an agriculture-related bachelor's program and will return to school after the internship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in the Agricultural industry.
• Must be returning to college/university upon completion of internship.
• Applied knowledge of agriculture and crop farming.
• Available to work June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Gain in-field training hours of loss adjustment procedures.
• Develop and implement coaching plans with mentor support.
• Implement and monitor profit improvement plans for territory.
• Spend time with field adjusters learning claims processes and crop life cycles.
• Build relationships with QBE team members.
