We seek a Senior CRO Copywriter to craft persuasive, conversion-driven copy for landing pages, ads, and video scripts, collaborating with Marketing, Creative, and Testing teams to optimize messaging and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Direct Response Copywriting, Performance Copywriting, or a similar conversion-focused role.
• Native-level English.
• Strong understanding of direct-response principles, customer psychology, and conversion-focused writing.
• Proven experience writing landing pages, paid advertising copy, and performance creative.
• Experience creating structured copy variations for A/B testing.
• Experience using AI tools for research, copy development, analysis, and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Create conversion-focused copy for cold-traffic campaigns across landing pages, paid ads, video scripts, advertorials, forms, CTAs, and other funnel assets.
• Research products, customers, competitors, markets, and advertising trends to identify new messaging opportunities.
• Develop headlines, hooks, offers, value propositions, benefits, and creative angles, translating technical product features into clear customer-focused messaging.
• Ensure advertising claims are accurate, supportable, and compliant with client and platform requirements.
• Create meaningful copy variations for structured A/B testing, analyze performance, and continuously iterate based on results.
• Identify successful copy concepts and adapt them across similar clients, products, and industries.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with Marketers, Designers, Video Editors, Media Buyers, and other team members.
• Use AI tools in the copywriting workflow to improve research, ideation, analysis, and production efficiency.
