ICF is seeking a roles-focused workflow engineer/operations analyst to configure CRM integrations, intake workflows, routing logic, and dashboards for a large federal data/analytics modernization program. Remote, with a strong preference for candidates in the DC metro area and occasional onsite client meetings in Washington, DC.

• U.S. Citizenship is required for federal contract work.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with all work performed in the U.S.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in workflow automation and related areas.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and improve CRM integrations, intake workflows, routing logic, and dashboards.
• Translate service designs into working CRM/workflow capabilities with traceable history.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Security, QA, and Product Operations for secure, auditable changes.
• Apply CRM configuration, workflow automation, and dashboards to support role delivery.
• Document requirements, designs, decisions, and delivery evidence for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across product, engineering, security, governance, and customer support.
