Job summary

ICF is seeking a Workflow Engineer/Operations Analyst to join our Digital Modernization team. You will configure CRM integrations, intake workflows, routing logic, dashboards, and customer lifecycle data flows to support a cloud-based data and analytics platform for federal clients.

This is a remote role with a strong preference for candidates in the Washington DC area for occasional on-site meetings. You will collaborate with Platform Engineering, Security, QA, and Product Operations to ensure

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required for federal contract.
Must reside and work in the U.S.; authorized to work in the U.S.
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience; Master's may substitute for 2 years of experience.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in workflow automation, routing, intake forms, and process improvements.
Master's degree may substitute for two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Configure and improve CRM integrations, intake workflows, routing logic, dashboards, and customer lifecycle data flows.
Translate service designs into working CRM/workflow capabilities maintaining customer history and transparency.
Coordinate with Platform Engineering, Security, QA, and Product Operations for secure, auditable workflow changes.
Apply CRM configuration, workflow automation, dashboards, and system integrations to support delivery.
Collaborate with product, engineering, security, governance, QA, and customer-facing stakeholders.
Document work products, decisions, risks, and delivery evidence for traceability.
