Job summary
RSA is seeking a Manager of CRM Applications (Salesforce & HubSpot) to lead the CRM team within the IT Applications group. This remote (U.S.-based) role owns CRM strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery for Salesforce and HubSpot, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive adoption, efficiency, and measurable business value.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
- 8+ years supporting enterprise CRM platforms.
- 3+ years of people leadership within IT.
- Deep Salesforce expertise including governance and administration.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing platforms.
- Proven CRM implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience driving digital transformation and AI-enabled CRM capabilities.
- Strong business partnership and stakeholder influence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the CRM team for Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Own the CRM portfolio strategy, governance, and delivery.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Global Services, and Operations.
- Modernize CRM capabilities with automation, AI, and analytics.
- Deliver initiatives with speed while maintaining governance and quality.
- Establish metrics, drive continuous improvement, manage vendors.
- Develop and manage the CRM product roadmap.
- Lead user adoption, training, and change management.
