Eliassen Group seeks a Contract CRM Data Lead / Project Manager to design and implement a new in-house CRM data platform for an asset management client. You will drive the program, own the CRM data architecture, and translate complex relationships into scalable models.

The role requires coordinating across Sales, Client Service, Compliance, Operations and Technology, delivering a fit-for-purpose data model from the ground up while guiding governance, migration, and integrations. Remote.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading CRM or client data initiatives.
• Experience delivering CRM or client data platforms in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the CRM implementation roadmap and project plan.
• Lead requirements gathering across institutional, intermediary, wealth, operations, compliance, and technology teams.
• Own the CRM data model and data governance principles.
• Coordinate integration with portfolio accounting and billing systems.
