Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Contract CRM Data Lead / Project Manager to spearhead the design and implementation of a new in-house CRM data architecture for a large asset management client. You will own the conceptual and logical data model, translating complex business relationships into scalable structures while aligning Sales, Client Service, Compliance, Operations, and Technology.

The role requires guiding an end-to-end CRM program, delivering a fit-for-purpose data model from the ground up

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading CRM, client data, distribution, or customer master data initiatives.
• Delivered CRM or client data platforms within asset management, wealth management, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of institutional asset management business structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the CRM implementation roadmap and project plan.
• Lead requirements gathering across institutional and wealth/ intermediary channels, operations, compliance, and technology.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and drive cross-functional decision-making.
