Job Summary

Design and improve products, evaluate components and processes for cost efficiency and reliability, and collaborate with engineering staff to meet production timelines.

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

• Proficiency in CREO software
• Experience with Windchill PDM
• Minimum 12 months of hands-on CREO design and modeling experience
• Background in off-road equipment (agriculture, construction, mining, etc.)
• Experience in engine installation design and/or current product maintenance, including:
• Weldments
• Drivetrain integration
• Harness routing
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with problem-solving and root cause analysis processes
• Electrical systems
