• Analyze accounts and manage compromise and collections actions for LATAM accounts.
• Improve charging processes and identify issues quickly.
• Coordinate timely charging efforts with cross-functional teams.
• Record income acknowledgments per Disney accounting policies.
• Collaborate with business, accounting and finance teams.
• Follow up on contracts and controls.
• Create monthly and quarterly reports.
