Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics.
• Internships or prior experience with loan credit quality or financial analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task and self-manage workflow.
• Confidence, assertiveness and professionalism.
• Ability to analyze financial data and narrative information quickly and thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with relationship and portfolio managers to grow market share and protect loan quality.
• Gather and analyze financial and business information to assess borrower creditworthiness.
• Assist in preparing screening, underwriting and approval documents.
• Prepare Excel charts to analyze borrower financials.
• Prepare written evaluations of borrowers' financial condition and outlook.
• Deliver verbal summary analysis of borrower condition in deal teams.
• Record borrower reporting and maintain credit files per Credit Policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
