SouthState Bank is seeking a Correspondent Credit Analyst Intern in Georgia to support the ARC division and Commercial Loan Portfolio Management by assisting Credit Analysts and Sales Officers. The role focuses on client proposals, rate conversions, and timely, accurate work in a collaborative environment.

You will gain exposure to credit analysis, financial statements, and commercial loan processes while supporting senior staff and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in business, finance, or accounting (rising juniors/seniors preferred).
• One to three years of related experience or training.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, and business to read financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team by providing client proposals.
• Supports ARC program sales activities.
• Ensure all work is accurate and timely per department guidelines.
• Assist in preparing Rate Conversion Agreements for ARC deals moving to closing.
