Qualifications

• Understanding of financial statement analysis and core credit concepts.
• Experience with financial spread software.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with loan policies, regulatory requirements in community banking.
• Desire to grow into advanced credit analysis and underwriting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and other documents to assess creditworthiness of borrowers.
• Prepare financial spreads and cash flow summaries; interpret results for risk identification.
• Assist in preparing written credit memoranda for Senior Management.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to gather borrower information and support credit structuring.
• Contribute to periodic reviews of existing credit relationships and identify early warning signals.
• Other duties to support Credit Administration process.
