Clear Destination Inc. seeks a Delegated Credentialing Supervisor to lead end-to-end credentialing and enrollment, ensuring NCQA, AAAHC, and payer compliance. You will guide staff, manage audits, and maintain accurate provider data to support timely onboarding and renewals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in credentialing with 1+ year in leadership, and strong knowledge of credentialing software and NCQA standards. This remote position is US-based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience may substitute.
• Minimum three years in credentialing/enrollment in healthcare operations.
• At least one year in a leadership role supervising staff.
• Strong knowledge of NCQA standards and regulations.
• Experience with credentialing software and data management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CredentialStream or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise credentialing staff and oversee workloads and training.
• Oversee delegated and non-delegated credentialing and enrollment activities.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal/accreditation and payer requirements.
• Maintain provider data across systems and keep records current.
• Serve as liaison with payers, delegated entities, and providers.
• Identify and implement process improvements and technology enhancements.
