Cisive is a global provider of background screening and credentialing solutions. This role focuses on credentialing research, data validation, and compliance checks supporting LicenseManager Pro and SanctionCheck, with progression through four levels.

You will review documentation, input data, apply regulatory rules, and mentor peers. Remote or onsite work is available, with cross‑functional collaboration across teams to meet client deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s preferred for levels.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Experience in background screening, credentialing, or compliance research preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze documentation from vendors, regulators, and boards.
• Research, verify, and input credentialing/licensure information per client requirements.
• Learn and apply compliance standards to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor case progress and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Mentor peers at higher levels and support process improvements.
