Job summary

LifeMD in the United States is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to support medical licensing, credentialing and payer enrollment under the Director of Payor Enrollment, Licensing & Credentialing. You will ensure efficient operation of licensing and credentialing processes to maximize provider efficiency.

Responsibilities include credentialing/re-credentialing with insurers and hospitals, maintaining CAQH systems, updating rosters, and coordinating provider onboarding with other departments

Qualifications

• Credentialing and administrative experience; CPCS/CPMSM/CPES preferred
• 2+ years in credentialing or related duties
• Knowledge of CAQH Provider System
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Healthcare Administration or equivalent
• Healthcare regulations compliance knowledge

Responsibilities

• Credential/Re-credential LifeMD providers with insurance payors and/or hospitals; maintain CAQH Provider System
• Maintain credentialing matrices for all LifeMD providers and markets/states
• Provide follow-up correspondence with insurance payors on credentialing matters
• Onboard/offboard LifeMD providers in collaboration with other departments
• Assist providers with licensing, credentialing, or payor enrollment questions
• Obtain licensure/privileges for LifeMD providers
• Create and update provider credentialing rosters
• Verify licensure, malpractice, degrees, and certifications
• Update insurance payor directory listings
• Ensure timely payor credentialing submissions
