Job summary

Nadia Care is hiring a Credentialing & Payer Operations Manager to own end-to-end provider licensing, enrollment, and credentialing. This hands-on role builds scalable workflows and ensures regulatory compliance, bridging providers, health plans, billing, and client success teams.

Initially a solo role, you will establish foundational processes for the Care Team, including doulas, while driving time-to-credentialing metrics and revenue. Strong regulatory knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare credentialing, provider operations, and payer enrollment experience.
• Experience submitting initial state licensure applications across multiple states.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Medallion (or similar credentialing tracking platforms) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle licensing, credentialing, and re-credentialing for Care Team members across multiple states.
• Build and execute Doula Readiness workflows to onboard non-traditional providers into payer networks.
• Collect, audit, and verify documents required for payor and state credentialing.
• Communicate with providers to gather missing documentation and guide renewal procedures.
• Monitor and track credentials, license expirations, CEUs, and required trainings.
