Job summary

Nimble Solutions seeks a Credentialing & Payer Enrollment Specialist to manage provider credentialing, payer enrollment, CAQH, PECOS, and payer portal administration for healthcare providers.

You will handle Medicare and commercial enrollments, link providers to groups and Tax IDs, track applications, and collaborate with billing and revenue cycle teams to ensure timely credentialing and clean claim submissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of credentialing or payer enrollment experience.
• Hands-on CAQH experience and Medicare enrollment knowledge.
• Experience with payer portals, EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollment.
• Strong documentation and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and payer enrollment.
• Submit Medicare and commercial enrollment applications.
• Link providers to groups, Tax IDs/TINs, NPIs and billing entities.
• Monitor enrollment status and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Coordinate with CAQH, PECOS, and clearinghouse systems.
• Maintain enrollment and credentialing records for management.
