Job summary

Healthcare Revenue Group is seeking a Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist for a fully remote role in the U.S. You will manage provider enrollments, re-credentialing, and contracting with insurers.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of hands-on medical credentialing experience, a Bachelor's or associate degree, and must reside in the U.S. The role offers $21–$25/hour plus comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, and three weeks of PTO.

• 3+ years of hands-on medical credentialing experience on the provider side (required)
• Bachelor’s or associate degree (required)
• Must live in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track provider enrollments and re‑credentialing applications with commercial and government payers.
• Manage contracting with insurance carriers from start to finish.
• Keep CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, and payer portals current and accurate for every provider you own.
• Be the point of contact between payers, providers, and internal teams, keeping onboarding and updates moving.
• Document work and track each file’s status inside client systems and payer portals.
