Job summary

Brisby Media is seeking a Creator Coach to scale its creator communities for US D2C brands. This remote, full-time role trains and mentors creators to post daily, translating winning videos into sales on TikTok Shop, Amazon and Meta.

You will coach 30 to 90 creators across 2–3 brands, craft daily feedback, drop new inspo every two days, and host weekly brand calls. Strong English, camera skills, and AI fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience creating or coaching others to create short-form content that performed.
• Ability to give honest, constructive feedback without being cruel.
• Consistent, 7 days a week availability with 2–3 hours per brand daily.
• Camera literacy: framing, lighting, sound.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• AI tools used daily to write, review and ideate angles.

Responsibilities

• Coach 30 to 90 creators across 2–3 brands daily in the brand's Discord.
• Write one feedback per day to each creator using brand formats.
• Drop inspiration every 2 days with hooks and scripts.
• Run one weekly group call per brand with reviews and new scripts.
• Report daily in the AM and weekly in calls: activity, progress, outcomes.
