Brisby Media is seeking a Creator Coach to train and elevate high-performing creators for US D2C brands. You will mentor daily, optimize short-form content, and drive scalable growth across multiple brands from a fully remote setup.

You’ll work with a founder-led team, using AI-driven tools to craft winning angles, provide constructive feedback, and maintain a transparent public scoreboard. The role demands consistent output 7 days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience creating short-form content that performs well or coaching others to do so.
• Strong written and spoken English with constructive feedback style.
• Comfort with using AI tools to draft, review, and ideate angles.

Responsibilities

• Coach 30–90 creators across 2–3 brands daily in the brand's Discord server.
• Provide daily feedback on hooks, captions, pacing, lighting, and CTAs.
• Share weekly inspo drops and run weekly group reviews per brand.
• Maintain daily AM and weekly progress reports on posting and tier movement.
