Job summary

Level Studios, remote in the United States and aligned to Pacific Time hours, seeks an Analyst, Creative Quality Assurance to support QA for planograms and retail deliverables with strong attention to detail.

You will work with cross-functional teams to validate layouts, track defects, and help maintain QA documentation while developing core QA capabilities in a fast-paced environment. Prior exposure to retail/merchandising is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a detail-oriented production/creative role
• Exposure to retail, merchandising, or creative production environments is a plus
• Interest or familiarity with planograms or retail merchandising

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed QA reviews of planograms to ensure accuracy in layout, spacing, and product placement
• Validate deliverables against established specifications and guidelines
• Document and track defects with clear, actionable descriptions
• Collaborate with project management, creative, and product teams to resolve issues
• Support accessibility validation and WCAG where applicable
