Job summary

Mira is seeking a Creative Strategist (Producer) to deliver 20+ video creatives monthly, including 10 with real UGC creators. The role focuses on ideation, trend adaptation, performance scripting, and production management.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in creative production or paid social, with a strong portfolio and experience scripting for UGC creators. Remote, US-friendly, flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in creative production, performance marketing or paid social.
• Portfolio with performance-driven video ads, UGC or paid social creatives.
• Experience scripting for UGC creators and direct-response videos.
• Experience managing creators, editors, designers, freelancers or agencies.
• Deep understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok).
• Ability to analyze creative performance data and derive concepts.
• Strong project management to handle multiple productions.

Responsibilities

• Generate 20+ high-quality video concepts per month analyzing data and trends.
• Write compelling UGC scripts with hooks, stories and CTAs.
• Produce at least 10 videos per month with real UGC creators.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with creators, editors and agencies.
• Provide actionable feedback on submissions to maintain quality.
• Adapt ad formats to Mira's brand within the strategy.
• Organize creative libraries, performance insights and assets.
• Ensure on-schedule delivery with proper specs for platforms.
• Track timelines, manage multiple projects, report progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing to align product features and goals.
