Job summary

Joyteractive Limited is seeking a seasoned Creative Producer to join our R&D team and oversee the production of marketing creatives for new mobile game concepts at the early stage.

You will collaborate with Motion Designers and Artists, define how gameplay is presented in creatives, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality visuals that support marketing tests. The role requires autonomy, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the gaming industry and a good understanding of game advertising creatives.
• Hands-on experience in Motion Design, Creative Production, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of the full video creative production cycle from gameplay to final delivery.
• Ability to independently evaluate the work of Motion Designers and Artists and provide practical feedback.
• Experience coordinating Motion Designers and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production of marketing creatives for new mobile game concepts at the early R&D stage.
• Work with Motion Designers and Artists: set tasks, provide references, review work, and give actionable feedback.
• Define how gameplay should be presented in creatives based on the game and marketing test objectives.
• Prepare gameplay recordings and select representative moments for creatives.
• Review creatives for visuals, composition, pacing, and execution.
• Estimate production complexity and timelines and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with R&D Producers to align on launch materials and deliver final creatives.
