Creative Milkshake is a remote-first performance creative agency crafting scroll-stopping ads for DTC brands on Meta and TikTok. The Amsterdam-based studio sits at the heart of scaling quality as we expand into elevated formats across clients and markets.

You will analyze ad performance, derive insights, and present clear creative recommendations to move the needle, while collaborating with strategists and client teams to drive faster, more intentional results.

Competenze

• 2-4+ years experience in paid social creative, media buying, or creative strategy
• Deep understanding of Meta and TikTok ad formats, performance metrics, and testing methodologies
• Strong analytical skills - you can look at a dashboard and spot exactly what needs to change
• Excellent communication, with the ability to present insights clearly and persuasively
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote team

• Develop high-performing storyboards and scripts aligned with client goals and platform best practices
• Outline objectives and creative directions based on performance data and testing learnings
• Write compelling ad copy reflecting each client's voice while driving engagement
• Ensure outputs have a strong performance lens and support iterative testing cycles
• Join kickoff calls to align on performance goals and creative direction
• Lead creative audits for retainer clients with clear insights
• Translate performance data into actionable creative recommendations
• Deliver performance reviews in a client-ready manner
• Partner with strategists to ensure feedback loops are impact-driven
• Own iteration projects and guide the creative strategy team
