Job summary

TubeScience seeks a Creative Operations Coordinator to own the operational infrastructure behind our high-volume, remote-friendly creative engine. This LATAM-focused, remote role requires taking ownership from problem to outcome, debugging workflows, and building practical automations that keep campaigns moving.

You'll coordinate cross-functional workflows across Strategy, Production, Post-Production, and Delivery, monitor bottlenecks, and implement scalable improvements with distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product, technical, or creative operations with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong systems thinking and comfort with automation/AI tools.
• Built or owned an automation, tool, or workflow used by others.
• Strong written and verbal English; ability to work independently across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creative projects end-to-end across Strategy, Production, Post-Production, Quality Control, and Delivery.
• Own and improve systems moving work through the pipeline.
• Monitor workflows for bottlenecks, capacity constraints, failure points, and delivery risks; investigate root causes.
• Build and maintain automations, integrations, dashboards, and internal tools.
• Partner with Creative, Production, and Strategy leaders to resolve operational issues and implement scalable improvements.
