You will oversee the creative process from concepts through final edits, working with a distributed team to turn raw footage into engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Develop storylines and subplots for upcoming episodes and existing footage.
• Shape narratives for coaching sessions and unscripted content during filming.
• Write scripts, voiceovers, and audience-retention elements for each video.
• Oversee the full editing and post-production pipeline with editors, colorists, sound designers, and a technical manager.
• Manage reviews and provide clear feedback to maintain high creative standards.
